Once the old overlay is ground off there is concrete underneath. To prevent moisture from coming up, should a membrane or sealant be put on the original

			<description><![CDATA[ I have a aqua blue stained floor I did about 4 yrs ago using a brickform stain(before i was intro&#39;d to EC) Then sealed with their Gemseal sealer(junk).
Floor is roughly 3000 sq/ft

Can I strip the sealer and then recolor with dark brown stain to cover up the blue? I assume the answer is &quot;sure if you want it to look like $h!t&quot;

Can I go over it with a reflector and PT1? Or is it to translucent?

			<description><![CDATA[ We have a fairly large crack in our small front porch.  The crack runs down the center of our cement porch.  The porch is now somewhat uneven.  Is decorative
concrete an option, or will we need to tear out the top layer of the concrete porch and replace it?  There are 3-4 concrete steps leading up to the small
porch.  The crack affects the vertical surface of that top concrete layer, as well as running the length of the porch horizontally.  We were quoted appx $2500

and the usual is double that in the area. The only problem is this bay doesnt have a wharehouse heater. They had a guy give an estimate to tie into the gas,
meter, etc for 3500.  They wont pay that and have given me the option of getting a month free if i want to install something that will work. My options:
