			<description><![CDATA[ We have a fairly large crack in our small front porch.  The crack runs down the center of our cement porch.  The porch is now somewhat uneven.  Is decorative
concrete an option, or will we need to tear out the top layer of the concrete porch and replace it?  There are 3-4 concrete steps leading up to the small
porch.  The crack affects the vertical surface of that top concrete layer, as well as running the length of the porch horizontally.  We were quoted appx $2500

			<description><![CDATA[ Gotta good deal on 1200ft shop with 2 garage doors, front office, etc. Prime location, 10-15 minutes to anywhere in my city. I got the guy down to $550 a month
and the usual is double that in the area. The only problem is this bay doesnt have a wharehouse heater. They had a guy give an estimate to tie into the gas,
meter, etc for 3500.  They wont pay that and have given me the option of getting a month free if i want to install something that will work. My options:

Would Hydra-stone be a good alternative? Looking at a tan color with obviously a sealer over it. Over time will the color wear off if they do not reseal? can I

			<description><![CDATA[ Alright, need a hand from you pros out there.  Laid down a primer coat which bubbled, concrete was an existing slab whihc was cleaned to perfection.  Expected
some outgassing but wow...Laid down a finish coat which still bubbled.  Used 1/8 notched to lay it down, then magic troweled and backrolled.  Not as much
bubbling, but still way too much to be aceptable.  Have enough to lay down a third clear coat, need suggestions on how to stop the bubbles.  Did not use a
torch on the previous two... ]]></description>
