In another spot I noticed where they said "begin by spraying into the corner of what will be the front edge of your piece. Your spraying technique will be

My question would be what is the best prep work for a countertop say you have a good sturdy 3/4 wood top. What would be the best prep befor an overlay. And
also best prep for formica top. I have heard some just using backer cement board? and some using like a roofing felt and then wire mesh? Also has anyone ever
had any cracks where your joints or seams on the backer board meet? Or do you just get the joints or seams as tight as your can and its fine? Thanks for the
help?

(the bar has a fireman theme to it) so i was wondering if I was to just paint the mdf board black and then epoxy with reflector russet and orange gold if that
would be a more economical choice for him. I would really like to sell him the tf and mf top but i'm not going to give it away either. I'm looking
