As you may know we are in the concrete countertop business but have decided to take on decorative concrete flooring. It is a natural addition to our business.

We have been asked to price out concrete counters and flooring for the lobby of a prominent business in the area. It is new construction but the floor
apparently suffered some spalling. We are completely new to this but I suppose we need to start somewhere. We will be working with an experienced flooring...

Hi,

I've got a 700sf condo with a 1/8" microtopping from a non-EliteCrete vendor which provides a very smooth and hard finish but a color which I really
don't like (a light but stark and too variegated white/gray).

Rather than trying to dye or stain, I was considering Thin and Micro Finish, and doing it myself (basically a beginner) and want something fairly subtle (only
integral coloring) like your resident expert's floor here: <a target="_blank"...

the living room 4 foot and the builder had to have the slab opened up to move them. Since this has occured I will be doing a micro overlay instead, my
question is since there is an obvious place in the floor where it was excavated and repoured (quik-crete) I assume, what prep steps should I take to place the
TF and build to grade this...
