We started with 80 grit and worked up to 400. Applied Chemstone stain which appeared to react well. Now the plan is to take it to 3000 grit, however what would
be the best top coat to maintain the gloss? Since it had Ashford should we just go with a stain guard or use something like spartic?

Hi all,

I just finished a training and have a job lined up for an acid stained basement floor. The area is not too large at 500sq ft. The class had a lot packed into
two days, so I'm still unsure of what exactly to do. I looked online and found people who suggested washing floors with water and detergent instead of
first cleaning with acid. So, I was wondering if someone could check my order list and tell me if everything is right, if something is missing, or if I should...

the front step but not on the sidewalk part of the job.
