Loft. After skim coat, two coats of troweled TF w/ 4 oz PC-FG. Two sprayed coats of Antique Brown Chemstone @ 4:1, and one 50% coverage coat of Umber at 4:1. 9 gallons of PT-1 on 650 sqft.

about 70 total man hours over 5 calander days
3 guys for 6 hours first day (prep, skim) 3 hours second day (first trowel coat) 10 hours third day (second trowel coat / acid stain) 3 hours fourth day (PT1 / cleanup) 1 guy for two hours to come in on the fifth day to mop on floor finish. |

Nice Job! You did not use any Micro? Floor looks pretty smooth. Is that from all the PT-1 or how did you get the Mirco so smooth? Thanks, Ryan

No micro, just took great care to float out all coats as flat as possible & brick-rubbed and trowel-scraped high ridges and rough areas after each coat. Pt-1 at 72 sqft per gallon makes it look dead smooth, but it's not. |

Two coats of floor finish.
Second & third coats of TF, hand troweled, were on the thick side - between 1/16 & 1/8. |

How did you do your pt1 epoxy? Extra thick? 72 sqft It should be 200 sq ft coverage.
