900 Sqft commercial retail location.
This beauty of a floor done as follows:
Antique Umber 5:1, sprayed on at rate of 300 sqft per dilluted gallon. Applied Antique Black 5:1 keeping surface pooled for about 2 hours. Wasn't getting depth of black color I was looking for, so I kicked it up a notch and kept it wet it at 3:1 for another hour before neutralizing.
Sealed with CSS. First coat spray applied at 3:1. Spray and backrolled two coats at 2:1. Final coat at 1:1. Finished with four coats wax.
The last picture is a closeup of an area along the wall. The builder had marked on the floor with crayon stud locations. I used super citrus solvent to remove the crayon. Worked nicely, except that the Black stain didn't take as much in these areas, although the Umber did. This wouldn't have looked bad in a few isolated locations as I used the same stuff to remove some grease stains. However, it is noticeable because the spots are exactly 16" OC.
