1600 sqft cafe floor. Ground surface first with regular perpendicular 24 segment diamond cup wheels, then with parallel segment wheel to get a little smoother, then with 120 grit resin bond pad to get a little smoother yet. Stained with Antique Tan at 4:1, with 1.5 - 2 hours of exposure before neutralizing. Sealed with UV-1 at 100 sqft per gallon (16 mils). Kitchen area in back was sealed with CSS, but they covered it too fast to get pics. Will share final pics after build out complete.
