Has anyone applied css/rfr over interior stain job? How much rfr can one add to css? |

We prepped, dyed, sealed with css over existing concrete. Customer signed off on color and payed happy. Now, weeks later she changes her mind. She can't
afford to grind and start over so...... She asked if we have a dye, I told her dyes are transparent yadi yadi. So I told her I would get back with her about
rfr/css since those could be opaque, But very metallic, etc, so.....! How much rfr can one add to css to make it opaque, will it weaken the css if there is too
much present. Yes, I'm going to do some samples but I wanted to see if anyone has tried this application on interior floors? And yes, I understand the
measures and caution with css indoors so no need to go in debth about that. Thanks!

You are going to have to do samples as to how much Reflector to add to CSS to get an opaque coloration. Different colors require differing amounts. I'm
sure you can add too much to CSS but my wallet cries at me when I do so and I don't need a mortar consistency.
I would suggest applying a clear coat on top of it though. gene ec-Indy |

Customer saw cola acid stain on a chart. I gave her what she wanted and sealed with css. She now wants her floors a lighter walnut color.

Brian, You can try and shoot this stain mixed with laquer thinner through the CSS for a color fix. Call and talk to Gordon Gribling there. His stains are great. Google "beer concrete stain" http://www.gginnovativeproducts.com/ |

think i'd be calling my distributor,,, | #5

rather'n have 2 different mtls on the floor,,, you'd be giving an OUT to either supplier if the fix
takes a hike on you,,, if there's a problem/issue/situation in which your distributor can't supply an eC bred, born, & raised mtl, that'd be
fine im-n-s-h-fo ! ! !

BEER CONCRETE STAIN? | #6

Shoot thats nothin". Up here in Wisconsin I use beer in all the products, Thin finish, texture pave gives a nice foaming action to micro finish.
Its alittle trickt mixing with PT1. Sometimes depending how much beer I use in my reflector I can see myself. There are times when I run short of beer on the job , so I just use the recycling method. |

Make all the funnys you want, but I used it to re-stain 10 floors of elevator lobbies and nothing would have been easier or quicker. |

but these forums're for discussion of eC systems,,, singular responsibility of compatible systems makes
work much better imn-s-hfo

Dont know about getting walnut , what i would do is a sample and use Hydrastone , in the brown family and go right over css then re seal . Try a sample board
